We send the video within a maximum of 72 hours. Please note that all data must be edited again and if your video includes a photo, the image must be edited. If you make your purchase on a Friday, the video will be sent to you on Monday. We do not work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
The video will be sent to the email address with which you made the PayPal payment.
You can write to us at the email address on the page and we will gladly help you correct the data at no additional cost. You have 24 hours to notify us of any changes.
If you can cancel, it will only be effective up to 24 hours. If within 24 hours you no longer want the video, you will be refunded the amount you paid.
